100V Megohmmeters
AEMC^® manufactures a complete line of low voltage insulation testers designed both field and shop use with communication equipment. They are ideal for measuring qualities of phone cables, data cables, and power cables. Measurement of AC and DC voltage, resistance and continuity, cable capacitance, cable length and AC current can also be performed.

500V Megohmmeters
AEMC^® manufactures a complete line of insulation testers designed to test the quality of insulation using 500V test voltage required for testing equipment designed to be powered by 240VAC. Both analog and digital meters are available. AC powered, battery powered and hand crank models are available. Most models will measure into the GΩ and TΩ range. Most models offer multi-function capability, measuring AC/DC volts, resistance and continuity as well as insulation resistance.

1000V Megohmmeters
AEMC^® manufactures a complete line of insulation testers designed to test the quality of insulation using 1000V test voltage required for testing equipment designed to be powered by 480VAC. Both analog and digital meters are available. AC powered, battery powered and hand crank models are available. Most models will measure into the GΩ and TΩ range. 5000V Megohmmeters

GROUND RESISTANCE TESTERS

Clamp-On Ground Resistance Testers
The Clamp-On Ground Resistance Testers measure ground rod and grid resistance without the use of auxiliary ground rods. Offer accurate readings from 0.01 to 1200Ω as well as ground leakage current from 1mA to 30Arms without disconnecting the rod under test.

3-Point Ground Resistance Testers
The AEMC^® 3-Point Ground Resistance Testers are available in both analog and digital models. These Fall-of-Potential testers are designed to reject high levels of noise and interference. Measurement ranges up to 1999Ω. Also available as a complete kit which includes leads, ground rods and carrying case.

4-Point Ground Resistance Testers
The AEMC^® 4-Point Ground Resistance Testers are ideal for both soil resistitivity and Fall-of-Potential testing. Models are available as battery powered or AC power cord. All models are available in complete kit form which includes leads, ground rods and carrying bag.

Multi-Function Ground Resistance Testers
The AEMC^® Multi-Function Ground Resistance Tester performs grounding resistance, earth coupling measurement, soil resistivity and bonding tests. This direct reading tester measures from 0.01 to 99,000Ω, and is auto-ranging, automatically seeking out the optimum measurement range test current and test frequency.

ELECTRICAL TEST TOOLS

Circuit Breaker Identifiers
The Model CBI-1 makes it extremely easy and fast to find the circuit breaker or fuse that supplies a specific power receptacle or switch.

Phase / Motor Rotation Testers
The AEMC^® Phase & Motor Rotation Tester provides three functions in one unit: open phase indication, 3-phase sequence indication and motor rotation indication. Input voltage range is 100V to 600VAC. Frequency range is 45 to 70Hz. The unit is battery operated (9V) and meets EN 61010 safety requirements.

AC Line Splitters
The AC Line Splitter Model ALS-1 increases the sensitivity of clamp-on current probes and clamp-on meters. Avoiding splitting lines makes reading current easy. Simply plug the ALS-1 into a connector for a safe measurement. Direct readings are available.

Voltage Testers
The Voltage Tester is an ideal tool for checking wiring connections as well as grounding. It performs AC voltage tests up to 600VAC and DC voltage tests to 250VDC. The battery provides up to 5 hours of continuous operation.

Outlet Testers
The Outlet Tester detects faulty wire in 3-wire receptacles. It detects open ground and neutrals as well as reversed hot/ground connections. Ideal for use on 100 to 125VAC receptacles.

Outlet / GFCI Testers
The Outlet/GFCI tester examines GFCI for proper operation. It detects faulty wiring in 120V 3-wire receptacles. It detects open grounds and neutrals as well as reversed hot-ground connections. Ideal for use on 100 to 125VAC receptacles.

DATA LOGGERS

Single Channel Data Loggers
Simple Logger^® is a single-channel, low cost data logger that requires minimal user setup. It has the ability to automatically adjust both its scale range and sample rate to optimize the recording session. Complete line of loggers offering full recording functions: thermocouple, thermistor, 4 to 20mA, DC voltage, AC current, and AC voltage. Windows-based software that can plot, analyze recording data and print graphs and data listings is included.

Multi-Channel Loggers
The Sentinel^® Data Loggers are battery powered three- and four-channel voltage and current recording devices designed to perform a variety of recording tasks with easy and intuitive setup from a computer, using AEMC’s DataView^® software, which is included. All Sentinel Loggers feature True RMS measurements.

CURRENT PROBES

Flexible Current Probes
Flexible current probes are designed to take measurements where standard clamp-ons cannot: in tight breaker panels, around large buss bars, around cable bundles, and even wrapped around irregular shapes. The flexible sensor has an output for direct readings on DMMs, Loggers, Oscilloscopes, and Power Quality Instruments. For enhanced safety, we designed a Shape Memory feature to pre-shape the sensor which eliminates the need to reach around a live conductor.

Oscilloscopes & BNC Terminated Probes
Oscilloscope current probes expand oscilliscope applications in industrial or power measurement environments, and are ideal for analysis and measurement of distorted current waveforms and harmonics. These current probes permit accurate display and measurement of current without breaking into the circuit under test. Connections are made directly to your oscilloscope through an insulated coaxial cable with an insulated BNC for enhanced user safety.

DC/AC MicroProbes
The K Series MicroProbes have an exceptional DC/AC current measurement capability. Very small and compact, these microprobes are designed for accurate measurements of very low currents with 50µADC sensitivity. The K Series probes are excellent companions to all DMMs and instruments that will benefit from the probe's high sensitivity, dynamic range and waveform displaying characteristics.

Decade Boxes
The AEMC^® Decade Box line covers a full range of applications including field, laboratory, R&D, maintenance and educational. The boxes are used to simulate capacitance and resistance.

Infrared Tachometers
AEMC® manufactures a unique line of hand-held non-contacting tachometers for measuring rotational speed. These microprocessor-based units incorporate photo electric reflecting circuitry to accurately measure rotational speed in RPMs. The instruments are not sensitive to the level of lighting in the area and can measure accurately from up to 20" away.
