5xFor The "FasTest" Calibration Process ...

No Thread Sealants, No Wrenches, No Thread Damage!

Oil refineries, power generation plants, paper processing, pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing are a few industries that rely on the accuracy of their transmitters, control valves and pressure sensing instrumentation. These instruments require on-going verification and calibration to ensure instrument accuracy.

FasTest’s patented pressure assisted grip and seal method provides a leak tight connection, resulting in the highest level of accuracy in the fastest time possible. The ergonomically designed connection tools improve productivity, product quality and user comfort. So, to eliminate sealants, thread damage and wrench tightening, and benefit from an improved calibration process and quality at reduced costs, contact techniCAL today!

TRANSMITTERS

TwistMate - MIT-TM Connector

The MIT-042041-TM is specifically designed for connecting to the recessed 1/4” NPTF transmitter manifold port. TwistMate's unique “twist to connect ” action provides a leak tight connection using no thread sealants or wrench tightening for vacuum or pressure testing to 2500 psi. These features eliminates wear and thread damage from repeated connections. The connector’s internal swivel also allows easy installation while plumbed (connected) to a supply line.

  • Pressure assisted gripping and sealing eliminates thread damage
  • Durable, yet easy to replace main Urethane and Nitrile seals
  • High flow capacity

CONTROL VALVES

Fast Connections to Control Valves

Connecting to control valves is fast and reliable using the MIT connectors in the same manner as described for transmitter manifolds. The picture on the right is an example of how the Weh 17 , handle acutated, connectors are applied to create instant connections.

GAUGES

Pressure Gauges and Transducers
TwistMate - MET Series

Just like the FasTest MIT Series, the MET Series connectors quickly grip and seal to male NPT threads commonly found on pressure gauges and transducers.

The MET also features the "twist to connect" action using no thread sealants or wrench tightening to obtain a leak tight connection from vacuum to 5000 psi.
  • Fast easy and flexible operation
  • Fast throughput with better ergonomics
  • Urethane and Nitrile seals

Need More Speed?
Squeeze and Connect to Male Threaded Connections

The WEH 18 Series instantly connect to female NPT threaded ports from 1/8" to 1/2" commonly found on transducers and pressure gauges.

COMPRESSION FITTINGS

WEH 60 Series - Push to Connect

Connecting to 1/4" compression fittings similar to the Swagelok® brand is simple using the WEH 60 Series. The sliding sleeve and threaded collets deliver instant sealed connections with straight through flow for minimal restriction and pressure loss to 750 psi.
  • Sleeve actuated and threaded collets for fast reliable sealing
  • Enhanced sealing with increase in pressure
  • High flow capacity with stainless steel construction and Nitrile seals 3/8" and 1/2" sizes available upon request
