Force gauges by Imada are available in either mechanical or digital formats, both of which provide accurate measurements of compression and/or tension. These force testers can be used in conjuncion with SW-1 data aquisition software, which allows real time data to be downloaded directly into spreadsheet programs such as MicroSoft Excel. The software can also be used to control the force gauge's settings for measurement units, sampling rate, tare, and peak/real time.
